Healthcare Therapy Services Inc. (HTS Therapy) is a company that provides physical, occupational and speech therapy services, focusing primarily on post-acute care, senior living communities and hospitals.
Healthcare Therapy Services has locations in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan and Ohio. It has more than 1,800 therapists and serves approximately 30,000 individuals annually.
On April 29, 2025, HTS discovered unusual activity involving its email systems. An investigation was conducted and concluded that evidence that patient personal and protected health information may have been affected.
Based on the investigation, personal and protected health information that may have been involved in the incident include: Social Security number, driver’s license, financial account information, and medical information.
Data breach letters to those who have been affected by this breach were sent out beginning November 7th.
GlobalLogic
GlobalLogic, a software development company based in California, is a digital engineering partner to the world’s largest and most forward-thinking companies.
Information in its Oracle E-Business Suite belonging to current and former employees may have been accessed and acquired by an unauthorized third party on July 10, 2025, and August 20, 2025. This data breach involved sensitive personal information belonging to over 10,000 individuals.
On November 7, 2025, GlobalLogic began mailing data breach notification letters to accepted by his breach.
Meritage Hospitality Group
Meritage Hospitality Group Inc., a Michigan based restaurant company operating restaurants across 16 states, has announced a data breach involving sensitive personal information belonging to an undetermined number of individuals.
According to a letter addressed to employees, a security breach of a database occurred on July 8th, 2025.
On November 3, 2025, Meritage began mailing data breach notification letters to impacted individuals.
From hospitals, healthcare providers, government services, service providers to insurance companies, proper precautions and training have not been made to secure these records.
