Consero Solutions, AAP File Breaches

Consero Global Solutions
Consero Global Solutions is a financial services company based in Austin, Texas. Consero provides accounting services including bookkeeping.
According to a filing with the Office of the Maine Attorney General, “On or around July 4, 2025, Consero became aware of suspicious activity in its environment.” An investigation was conducted and found “there was unauthorized access to and possible acquisition of certain files and folders within the Consero environment between April 27, 2025, and July 4, 2025.”
Names and social security numbers were contained within the files that were breached.
This breach has affected over 9,200 individuals.
Lawyers Mutual Insurance of California
Lawyers’ Mutual Insurance Company of California provides insurance products for legal professionals.
According to a filing with the Office of the California Attorney General, “On October 9, 2025 we learned that certain personal information may have been taken from our computer network on May 20, 2025 as part of a cyber event.”
The investigation discovered that personally identifiable information (PII) of more than 6,747 individuals may have been taken from its system.
American Associated Pharmacies
AAP is a Member-owned cooperative comprised of more than 2,000 independent and community pharmacies.
According to a filing with the Office of the Maine Attorney General, “On October 23, 2024, AAP detected suspicious activity attributable to an unauthorized actor, which included encryption of our systems and other indicators consistent with a ransomware incident.”
Data compromised in the incident may include names, addresses, birth dates, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver’s license number/other government-issued identification numbers, bank/financial account numbers/routing numbers, clinical/treatment information, medical information, provider names, medical record numbers, health insurance information, prescription information and/or usernames and passwords.
According the filing, over 8000 people have been affected by this breach.
