The unauthorized access of patient information occurred between March 27, 2023, to May 2, 2023.

Patient’s name, date of birth, address, gender, phone number, health insurance and clinical information may be been involved.

North Kansas City Hospital is mailing letters to patients potentially affected by this breach.
