Mc&B files class action lawsuit against mortgage servicer Mr. Cooper

At the end of September 2023, Mr. Cooper had 4.3 million customers, consisting of $937 billion in unpaid principal balance.

Mr. Cooper failed to comply with industry standards to protect information in its systems that contain personally identifiable information of millions of people.
