HIPAA Violation Results in Settlement For Client

Trust is the foundation between a health care provider and the patient.  We expect, and demand, that our information remain private.  Privacy is especially important when it involves something as serious and sensitive as medical information.  In order to release any of our medical information to anyone out doctor MUST have our authorization to do so.
