Patient name, city, state, zip code, email, telephone number, date of birth, gender, patient service date, location, and next appointment date were posted on an online forum.

If 11 million patients are affected, the breach would rank in the top five health care hacks reported to the Department of Health and Human Services.

From hospitals, healthcare providers to insurance companies, proper precautions and training have not been made to secure these records. Once public, your information is out there for everyone to see. McShane & Brady is fighting to hold those responsible accountable.
