Auto Accident Result:

A client of McShane & Brady was at a complete stop on the highway as a result of heavy traffic.  A driver going 60 miles per hour, failed to stop and crashed into her car.  She suffered numerous injures as a result.  The driver responsible for the accident did not have insurance at the time.  McShane & Brady filed a lawsuit against our client’s insurance company for damages under the uninsured motorist coverage of her policy.  As a result, we were able to get full compensation for her injuries.
