Mid America Physician Services
Mid America Physician Services LLC (MAPS) is an independent, physician-owned women’s health care provider based in the Kansas City area.
The practices include Johnson County OB/GYN, Women’s Care, Women’s Clinic of Johnson County and Women’s Health Associates.
According to a letter sent to those affected by this breach, on November 14, 2024, MAPS detected a “network security incident”.
On May 8, 2025, an investigation determined a data breach occurred that compromised patient personal, financial and protected health information.
The information exposed included name, address, DOB, health insurance information, SSN, billing information, and financial payment information.

Radiology Associates of Richmond
Radiology Associates of Richmond is a provider of medical imaging services at seven hospitals in central Virginia and outpatient medical imaging facilities in the state of Virginia.
Cyberattackers had access to its network between April 2 and April 6, 2024, which contained names, dates of birth, email addresses, Social Security numbers, account numbers, routing numbers, medical information, and health insurance information.
The radiology group recently notified the HHS Office for Civil Rights that the protected health information of 1,419,091 individuals was compromised in the incident, making this one of the top five healthcare data breaches to be reported this year.
The Alcohol & Drug Testing Services
The Alcohol & Drug Testing Services is a Houston, TX based company that conducts workplace drug and alcohol testing for private employers and for compliance with state and federal agencies. The original breach was disclosed in July 2024. The number of those affected by this breach is now 748,000.
On July 9, 2024, Alcohol & Drug Testing Service became aware of a potential data security issue involving its systems. Information potentially compromised included individuals’ names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s licenses, government ID’s, passport numbers, bank/financial information, credit/debit card information, email and passwords.
