McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from the Pearlman Aesthetic Surgery in Manhattan, NY.

The specifics of the data breach have yet to be publicly disclosed, other than it being a hacking/IT incident.

According the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Civil Rights, 11,764 individuals have been affected.
