Data Breach lawyers

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Palacios Marine & Industrial Coatings, Inc. which provides various services and products related to marine and industrial coatings.

According to a notice on their website, “On September 30, 2025, PMI detected irregular activity within our computer network. Our investigation determined that on September 30, 2025, an unauthorized actor gained access to certain computer systems and potentially accessed and/or acquired files stored on those computer systems.”  

“The information identified in the reviewed files included the following types of information: name, Social Security number, driver’s license or state ID number, financial account information, health insurance information, username & password, and passport number,” according to the notice.

Those affected by his breach were notified through written communication on March 30, 2026.
