Texas Centers for Infectious Disease Associates
On July 19, 2024, TCIDA was alerted to unusual activity within its network. An investigation was conducted and on June 17, 2025, it was announced that data may have been accessed or downloaded without authorization.
According to the office of the Maine Attorney General, 19,700 people have been affected by this breach.
The potentially affected information may have included individuals’ names, Social Security number, date of birth, driver’s license number, medical record number, Medicare/Medicaid number, health insurance number, and/or medical or treatment information.
Dairy Farmers of America
Dairy Farmers of America recently revealed that many of its 84 nationwide manufacturing plants experienced ransomware attacks.
Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) is a milk marketing cooperative and dairy processor owned by 9,500 U.S. dairy farmers.
The attack caused operational disruptions, affecting the processing and receiving of milk.
Kelly Benefits
Kelly Benefits has announced a further 140,628 individuals have been affected by its December 2024 cyberattack than previously reported.
Between December 12, 2024, and December 17, 2024, files containing sensitive data, including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, health insurance information, financial account information, and medical information were compromised.
Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, is a Sparks, Maryland-based employee benefits administrator that does business as Kelly Benefits.
Companies affected by this breach include United Healthcare, Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company, The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, Aetna Life Insurance Company, and Vision Benefits of America.
Mosaic Life Care
Mosaic Life Care, a Mayo Clinic Care Network Member serving patients in Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa, has recently announced that it has been affected by a data breach at its vendor, Oracle Health.
According to Mosaic, an unknown party contacted the hospital claiming they had patient information in their possession, which was verified on April 29, 2025.
Mosaic Life Care has confirmed that the breach was limited to the two Oracle Health servers and that its own systems were unaffected. The data compromised in the incident included Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, dates of birth, treating physicians, dates of service, medication information, insurance information, and treatment or diagnostic information.
