Data Breach lawyers

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from behavioral healthy network “Wyandot”. The company specializes in behavioral health services and mental health counseling. Their offices serve those in the Kansas City Metro.

Wyandot has issued notice to those who may have been impacted by the data breach. On September 22, 2025 Wyandot discovered suspicious activity relating to their systems. Their investigation determined that information was accessed or acquired by an unauthorized individual between September 21, 2025 and September 22, 2025.

The breach does not yet appear on the HHS Office of Civil Rights website so it is unclear at this time the number of individuals impacted by the breach.
