Albany Gastroenterology Consultants 

Albany Gastroenterology Consultants announced a data breach that has affected over 57,000 people.

According to a notification filed with the Office of the Maine Attorney General, ” On November 19, 2024, Albany Gastro became aware of unusual activity that disrupted access to a certain system.”

An investigation was conducted and “The investigation subsequently revealed certain personal information was accessed and acquired without authorization by an unknown actor on or about November 10, 2024.”

Letters are being sent to those who have been affected by this breach.

 

City of St. Joseph, MO Health Department

The Health Department of the City of St. Joseph,  MO experienced a hacking incident that caused a distribution to its network on June 9, 2025 that has affected 11,538 patients.

An investigation was conducted and concluded that there may have been unauthorized access to files containing patient data, and files may have been exfiltrated from the network.

Information that may have been breached include names, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers/state identification numbers, passport numbers, Social Security numbers, and medical diagnosis and treatment information.
