Bitcoin Depot

Bitcoin Depot, an operator of Bitcoin ATMs, is notifying customers of a data breach incident that has exposed their sensitive information.

The company informed those affected by this breach that it first detected suspicious activity on its network on June 23, 2024.  It

According to the data breach letter dated July 7, 2025 from Bitcoin, “The incident involved your name, phone number, and driver’s license number and may have included your address, date of birth, and/or email.”

It’s is estimated that 27, 000 people are affected by this breach.

Bitcoin Depot is one of the largest Bitcoin ATM networks in the United States, operating 8,800 machines in the U.S., Canada, and Australia.

Esse Health

Esse Health, a healthcare provider based in St. Louis, Missouri, began  notifying over 263,000 individuals that their personal and health information was stolen in an April cyberattack.

Esse Health is  largest independent physicians’ group in the Greater St. Louis area with over 50 locations.

According to a letter from Esse Health, “The data involved varied by individual, but may have included information such as name, address, date of birth, health insurance information, medical record number, patient account number, and certain health information.”

Gardner Orthopedics, Florida

Gardner Orthopedics in Fort Myers, Florida, has stated that the protected health information of 47,000 patients was potentially compromised in a recent cyberattack.

On April 29, 2025, unusual activity was detected.  Information potentially compromised in the incident included names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, medical records, treatment information, and health insurance information.
